Dr. Hassan Iftikhar is an enthusiastic physiotherapist who specializes in pain management, musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation, and modern, practical approach in treatment. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, and his Masters in Physiotherapy from Riphah International University. This university is a very well-reputed university, established with academic integrity and excellence in practice. His 5 years of clinical DPT program involved comprehensive hands-on training at the National Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (NIRM), Islamabad which is a federal-level institute known for advanced rehabilitation and orthopedic care. He also had ample clinical and training at Hijaz Hospital Lahore and Margalla Group of Institutes and Hospitals Rawalpindi which gave him exposure to specialties such as orthopedic surgery, diagnostic radiology, general medicine & surgery, advanced physiotherapy & rehabilitation and spinal cord injury care department.
Dr. Hassan has cured hundreds of patients and provided impeccable care, quality treatment, and empathetic involvement. Dr. Hassan also has special interest and expertise in frozen shoulder, post sports injuries, chronic pain management, spinal issues and general postural syndromes. He often treats patients suffering from debilitating issues such as sciatica, arthritis, acute/subacute/chronic cervical/lumbar pain, Bell’s palsy, disc issues of the spine, spinal issues, and neuromuscular disorders. His work on healthcare research methodologies was featured at a University of Cambridge-collaborated research symposium in Lahore, where he emphasized capacity building and systemic advancement in health delivery and promoting healthcare entrepreneurship.
